Founder and Master Architect
Leily Vakilifard
Leily Vakilifard holding a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from Iran (University of Art in Tehran) and also acquires Bespoke Furniture Design in Interior Design from UAL (University of Art in London).
Her expertise in a variety of platforms allows her a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to her designs, always guided by the principles of elegance and simplicity. She strives to translate individuals’ aspirations into designed space, in a differentiated manner, with innovative and unique solutions and perspectives. She strongly believes in understanding the clients’ needs and optimal use of space.
Having successfully accomplished projects like Shopping Malls, Hotels, Residential building, Office buildings, Beach Clubs, Private Villas.
Lead Structural Engineer
Eng Imaduddin Khaja
Hold's Masters in Structural Engineering from (JNTUH) Hyderabad and a G+12 license from Dubai Municipality & Grey Card from Trakhees.
Hands-on experience over 10 years in Structural Design in all aspects of building structures - of Concrete, Structural Steel & Composite Buildings. With a comprehensive proficiency in Design / QS / Supervision, he has successfully managed Design Teams, Client & Authority Liaison for more than 200 projects in the UAE.
Lead Architecture Design
Eng Hamdan Khaludeen
Hamdan holds a bachelor degree in Architecture from (Sathya bhama University), Chennai and has attained an excellent degree in Design. With over 12 years of experience in the UAE, based in Dubai , Hamdan has worked in a variety of projects ranging from smaller scale residential to more prominent ones such as commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in the UAE , whilst also managing small groups of architects alike. As a skilled individual, he possesses a refined taste and a passionate commitment to perfection, effortlessly blending Art and Design with a touch of ambition.
Architect (Design Team)
Eng Sayma S
Sayma S holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from CUSAT University, India, and has achieved distinction in Design and Dubai Muncipality Licensed Architect over 6 years experience. She brings diverse experience across a wide range of projects, including private villas, residential developments, exhibition spaces, commercial buildings, shopping malls, and mixed-use developments.
Throughout her career, she has undertaken key responsibilities as a Technical Engineer and Project Coordinator, managing authority submissions and coordinating closely with structural and MEP teams. Her expertise spans design development support, regulatory approvals, technical submissions, and high-level detailing, ensuring seamless project execution in full compliance with design intent and statutory requirements.
Interior Design (BIM)
Israa Mohamed Mokhtar
Israa Mohamed Mokhtar is an Interior Design BIM professional that is experienced in the architecture and BIM industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Design from Pharos University and has contributed to a wide range of projects, including private villas, residential developments, exhibitions, commercial buildings, shopping malls, and mixed-use projects. Throughout her career, Israa has played a key role as a Technical Engineer, specializing in BIM workflows, detailed modelling, and technical coordination. Her expertise includes design development support, authority approvals, clash detection, BIM submissions, and high-level detailing, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Architectural Draftsman
Syed Danish Aftab
A qualified Architectural Draftsman with a Diploma in Civil and Architectural Technology (2010–2012) from the Pakistan Institute of Technical Skills. With over 12 years of professional experience in the UAE, he specializes in architectural drafting and detailed construction drawings. His experience spans a wide range of projects, from small-scale developments to large-scale complexes, driven by a strong commitment to precision and perfection.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Hamza Ali Hassan
Hamza is a BIM Mechanical Design Engineer with over six years of experience in mechanical design and BIM coordination for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. He specializes in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing.

Hamza has professional experience in both consulting and contracting environments across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, and is well-versed in international and regional standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, UPC, UAE Fire & Building Codes, Dubai Municipality requirements.
MEP Engineer
Mohammed Shaheen
Shaheen is a MEP Engineer with over 10 years of experience in MEP mechanical and Electrical project coordination for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. He specializes in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing.
Shaheen has professional experience in both consulting and contracting environments across the UAE, Qatar, and India, and is well-versed in international and regional standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, UPC, UAE Fire & Building Codes, Dubai Municipality requirements.

Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kerala. Skilled in electrical design, load calculations, single line diagrams, and power & lighting layouts, I ensure projects comply with DEWA regulations and UAE electrical standards. Passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and reliable electrical systems in residential and commercial projects, with hands-on experience in site coordination and installation supervision.
Document Controller
Mary Joy Quesada
Mary Joy Quesada is a Document Controller with a background in Civil Engineering and over three years of work experience in the UAE and the Philippines. She assists consultant teams by helping manage and organize project documents for construction and engineering projects.

Her work includes document and drawing control, transmittals, correspondence, and document coordination. She works closely with project teams to help keep information clear, up to date, and well coordinated. With her engineering background, Mary Joy takes a practical, organized, and supportive approach to day-to-day project coordination.

Husnain Ajmal
A Civil Engineer from Pakistan and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2020. I have professional experience in contract management, project management, cost estimation, construction execution. My expertise also includes project planning and control. I am committed to delivering quality-driven projects within budget and schedule through effective coordination, technical accuracy, and strong professional ethics.

Faizan Ahmed Chaudhary is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience and holds an Unlimited Building Contracting License from Dubai Municipality. He has successfully delivered a wide range of high-end projects, including luxury villas, commercial developments, and residential buildings.
